Knighton has been born out of the need to do things differently within the executive search and recruitment worlds with a move away from the secretive, fixed % cost models to something more transparent and fluid.

 

With pricing based on the amount of work involved rather than someone’s salary we feel that we can add real value to companies both large and small, and give access to full search that may have previously been cost prohibitive.
